Well, Miko’s specific powers and Fuinjutsu might also be a cause behind this but who knows?

Although he doesn’t think that his current soul body is weaker than Miko-sama, he does know that compared to Otsutsuki Indra and Otsutsuki Asura, Kuroto is indeed incomparable, after all, their souls have still been staying in the Shinobi World to this day.
