The adventures of Captain Thunder

Recap:

the ultra buddies team up with Riley in order to take down the group of villains possessing the power of the Emerald Of Synthesis. Using the Ruby Of Enchantment, they all manage to take them down, at the expense of the citys destruction.

Chapter 4: an Ultra snack break

After the fight against the fireball, Captain Bulldozer and the winged snake, 10% of the city had been destroyed, and the Ultra Buddies had won. After Riley used her most potent attack and possessed the snake-gorilla, she passed out. Ghosty and Vadius were fine, Ghosty being untouched and Vadiuss injuries healing. Captain Thunder, however, had some bruises here and there as well as being overheated from the overuse of his lightning attacks. The police and ambulance were called to take away the villains and the injured heroes. The main problem of the villains was now taken care of but they still had the problem of the city and the stones. Vadius decided to keep the Ruby Of Enchantment and the Emerald Of Synthesis so that was taken care of but they still had the issue of the city. Around 10% of it had been destroyed in the battle and The Ultra Buddies weren sure what would happen to them so their only option was to wait and see how it would play out.

1 day after the battle

Captain Thunder had fully recovered and thus was able to continue with his regular duties as a hero. However, after the battle, the Ultra Buddies were now temporarily banned from going on patrols. Captain Thunder was fine with this as long as another supervillain didn show up. They all went to go visit Riley who had just woken up after being out for the past day. ”How are you feeling? Still have a headache? ” asked Ghosty. ” kind of, it was bad when I woke up but now its fine ” she replied. ” how are things going? Did anything legal happen with you guys? ”. ”Not really, we just got banned from going on patrol but we managed not to get sued because we saved the city, ” Ghosty answered. ”How unfortunate. Anyway, I wanted to ask if it was possible for me to join the Ultra Buddies. I know it may be coming out of nowhere considering weve only known each other for a few days but Ive basically got know where else to be anyway so can I? ”. everyone stared at Captain Thunder, waiting for his judgement. He felt like he had to rush with the decision so he impulsively said yes. A light smile grew on Rileys face.

There were now 4 ultra buddies, Captain Thunder, the leader of the team who also had lightning powers, Vadius the anthropomorphic crocodile who had super strength and regeneration, Ghosty the ghost kid who had the powers of a ghost and Riley Bear, who was a psychic. The Ultra Buddies were now a pretty powerful bunch.

3 days after the battle

Riley was released from the hospital 2 days prior and now all the Ultra Buddies were now relaxing at home watching a movie. ”BWAHAHAHAHA! I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD DO SOMETHING SO STUPID! WHAT TYPE OF PERSON FALLS INTO SUCH AN OBVIOUS TRAP! ” Vadius shouted, spilling all his popcorn while pointing at the screen. Ghosty quickly shushed him and they all continued to watch the movie. It was currently 6:00 pm on this wonderful day as the four friends watch movies till the end of the night.

An Enlightened. What is that? In this story, an Enlightened is a living creature that has been hit by a special light. One day, 4 months ago from the current story, a man had been given the task to make a force-field made out of indestructible energy. He didn know where he was going to get that but somehow, someday, he did. The energy was a magical crystal that was glowing black and white. The man put the crystal into the machine in order to create this force field. However, it didn work. When he launched the machine instead of going into the sky and turning into a force field, the energy from the crystal turned into an orb. This orb was white and it had black patches on it. The orb began to wobble and shake violently. It exploded, launching rays of dark and light lights everywhere, unfortunate individuals were hit with these rays, some hit with the light while others with the dark. These people gained supernatural abilities, some even mutating and looking completely different from before. Even some animals were hit with these rays, becoming humanoid and gaining a higher plane of intelligence, some more than others. After this day, Thunder City would never be the same.

We return to the present. In space, something big was going down. A satellite began to crash down into the atmosphere of earth, heading straight to the country of Australia. Scientists around the world were panicking, sending agents down to the country in order to locate this so-called satellite. RUMBLE. Near Thunder City landed something from the sky. A UFO if you will. It didn look like your stereotypical UFO or a satellite but instead, a pod. It opened up and out of it came a creature. It was a creature that looked like it was made of stone. It had a head shaped like a prism with a huge green circle at the front acting as its eye. and its body was shaped like an octahedron, ( two prisms put together, google it), it had a diamond symbol located at the centre of it with the bottom half of its body being grey and the top half being a pink/purple color. It had no legs or arms and it hovered off the ground to move around. This stone-like creature was scanning the area, looking for something.

The adventures of Captain Thunder and the Ultra Buddies weren over yet, aliens were now here and who knows what they were looking for? The story isn over yet as the end of volume 1 is here and the beginning of volume 2 is near!
